As an Enterprise Renewal Manager at Secure Code Warrior, you will be responsible for driving positive outcomes for key business metrics, including renewal rates, growth rates, total contract value, and churn rate. You will leverage your experience to increase renewal rates and grow our customer base. By collaborating with various teams, you will identify expansion opportunities that will increase the total contract value of our accounts. Additionally, you will work to decrease churn rate by mitigating risk and ensuring exceptional customer experiences, resolving any issues that arise.
