We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth in South

Australia. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and

contribute to our mission of environmental sustainability. Your ability to manage multiple projects,

engage stakeholders, and achieve revenue targets will be critical to your success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying and developing prospects in South Australia.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Maintain and grow the customer database using Salesforce.

  • Promote and sell environmental monitoring solutions to government, industrial, and commercial clients.

  • Prepare and present proposals and quotes promptly, aligning with customer needs.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and training sessions to strengthen brand presence.

  • Deliver product and service presentations to prospective and existing clients.

  • Engage in structured key account management, with regular face-to-face meetings.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including sales performance and quarterly results.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.

  • Manage contract renewals and assess associated costs.

  • Oversee selected projects as a project manager, ensuring successful execution.

Technical Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong relationship management and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Experience conducting market analysis and gathering business intelligence.

  • Strong research, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

  • High-level computer proficiency, including Salesforce.

Experience

  • Proven success in business development and technical sales.

  • Strong track record in acquiring new business and maintaining key relationships.
