Nido Early School is seeking a cook to join our early learning community. We are looking for a casual cook to support our Geelong Region.

Our Geelong services include:

• Waurn Ponds
• Grovedale
• Ocean Grove

We're inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators and families.
This is a fabulous opportunity for someone looking for a more purpose led role, where you will provide healthy meals to our children, nourishing them through food and with knowledge of healthy eating practices!

ABOUT YOU:

• Are a voice for all children
• Care about children’s nutrition and dietary requirements
• Contribute to Exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
• Have great time management and love keeping a kitchen in premium condition

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (required)
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
• Cert II / III in Commercial Cooking, highly regarded, however not required
• Cooking experience in an early childhood setting, highly regarded
