Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success? Specsavers is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to join our team at the Leopold location and lead a team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.
As a Store Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a fast-paced, customer-focused store. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving team performance, and ensuring an exceptional patient journey. You’ll be supported by a fantastic team and receive comprehensive training to help you excel in your career with Specsavers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Ensure accurate patient records, frame styling, and optical dispensing services
- Drive store performance through sales targets and KPIs
- Foster a positive and engaging store culture that prioritizes patient care
- Manage stock, maintain store standards, and ensure compliance with Specsavers’ policies
Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in retail or clinic management, with a strong track record of leading teams in a customer-focused environment
- Experience in the optical industry is advantageous, but not essential (training will be provided)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
- A strong business acumen and the ability to drive sales and KPIs
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement

Pay: $59,000.00 – $67,000.00 per year
