The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth of our club while inspiring healthier lifestyles in the community. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and guiding them to the perfect membership option.
- Actively promoting our club to the local community through events, networking, strategic outreach, and business partnerships.
- Creating engaging content and leveraging social platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and promote the club.
- Drive membership growth, building strong relationships with potential and existing members, and ensuring an exceptional gym experience.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, manage leads, conduct tours, and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue goals.
- Motivate members to join and stay engaged in their health journey.
- Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
To thrive in this role, you’ll need these required certificates:
- First Aid
- CPR
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
About You

- Sales experience in a similar role is preferred
- With a passion for fitness and customer service
- Has proven sales experience and a track record of hitting targets.
- Extremely outgoing, vibrant, and thrives in a high-energy environment.
- Comfortable with community engagement and building business-to-business relationships.
- Social media-savvy and understands how to use platforms to promote and grow a business.
