We are a vibrant and friendly team, looking for someone to fill our position. This multifaceted position involves not only welcoming guests and answering calls but also assisting with food preparation for staff each day and maintaining a clean and organised office space. In between all of this, there will be some administrative tasks to perform as well. Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist and Administration Duties:

Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional attitude

Answer and direct phone calls with clarity and efficiency

Manage the appointment calendar and assist with scheduling

Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry
Food Preparation Duties:

Prepare the food options for staff

Organise and restock kitchen supplies

Follow proper food safety protocols and ensure cleanliness in the kitchen area
Office Cleaning:

Perform cleaning duties such as tidying the reception area, kitchen, and common spaces

Maintain a clean and organised office environment, ensuring restrooms and high-traffic areas are regularly cleaned

Ensure the office supplies and equipment are in good condition and organised
Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in receptionist, food preparation, or cleaning roles is a plus

Willingness to learn and take initiative
