About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join Deborah CheethamRetirement Village,Ocean Groveas a Personal Care Worker. We have multiple part time role working either
- Sunday - Wednesday 2200-0700
- Thursday- Saturday 2200-0700
- Sunday to Wednesday 0700-1500
- Thursday - Saturday 0700-1500
- Friday and Saturday 1500-2200

In this role you will:
- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
- Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support
- Kindness in your DNA
- Strong empathy
- Outstanding communication skills
- A reliable, friendly and professional style
