About the Opportunity
As Production Manager, you will oversee daily plant operations, ensuring streamlined production, safety compliance, and quality assurance. You will collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and HSEQ teams to drive process improvements, optimise costs, and support automation initiatives. This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
* Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, OSHA).
* Monitor product quality to meet customer and industry requirements.
* Control operational expenses, including labor costs.
* Oversee inventory levels and raw material deliveries.
* Collaborate with HSEQ teams to address safety and compliance matters.
* Lead, develop, and support the production team.
* Utilize ERP systems for data analysis and reporting.
