Chisholm is seeking an experienced leader for our Apprentice & Placement team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Manager Apprentice & Placement Services, you will report to the Associate Director Education Operations and your key responsibilities include:- Responsible for the management of the Apprenticeship and Placement Hubs.
- Focus on developing team and driving industry connections.
- In collaboration with the Industry and Community Engagement team, support the management and oversight of commercial relationships including industry partners, as they relate to student placements and apprentice/trainee employers.
- Manage Apprentice and Trainee enrolments and ensure compliance with Chisholm policies and procedures as endorsed by Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services and Academic Administration.
- Contribute to tenders and funding applications.
- Champion the implementation of Chisholm’s 2025-2029 Strategic Plan.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills and a passion for managing high performing teams and driving growth through industry connections. With a strong background in managing apprenticeship and placement services, you are committed to delivering outcomes for both students and employers.
Crucial to your success is strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you will have strong capability in stakeholder engagement and networking.
While based at Dandenong Campus, flexibility and willingness to work across Chisholm’s multiple campuses are essential.
Qualifications required for the role
It is essential that you have tertiary qualifications in business and/or leadership or substantial experience leading successful teams within business and/or education environments.A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is desirable but not required.
