Your next opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled Plant Operators to manage the safe and efficient operation of mobile and fixed plant equipment at our Peats ridge. Become a vital part of our dedicated team and contribute to our quarry operations.
Your day will involve:
- Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment (Haul Truck, Excavator, and/or Front-End Loader) safely and efficiently.
- Manage the operation of the crushing plant with precision.
- Perform basic maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness.
- Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
What are we looking for?
- Experience with mobile plant operation is essential (Sales Loader experience is a bonus).
- HR truck licence is advantageous but not required.
- Quarry experience is valued but not necessary.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
- Available to work Monday to Saturday.
