Knoxcorp is a privately owned investment company actively involved in the Hospitality, Civil Construction, Food Services, Plumbing and Irrigation Supplies and Agricultural sectors with a geographic focus in Regional NSW and QLD. You will be a part of close-knit team based in Armidale NSW, working on the Company’s own construction projects. This is a long term, full-time employment opportunity with a competitive salary on offer.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the Company’s construction projects

Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all aspects of the project are on track, on time, and within budget

Liaise with key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Provide regular project updates to the Director
About You
-
Proven experience in project management with a strong background in commercial projects

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and subcontractors

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects concurrently

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

Certificate IV in Building and Construction

Current NSW Drivers Licence, MR Licence desirable

Construction Industry Safety certificate (White Card)

Diverse experience in the construction industry
