As we prepare to open the reimagined Newcastle Art Gallery, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations and Experience Assistant to join our team in this newly created role, working 28-hours per week.

Located at the entry desk, this is a front-facing role that provides the first point of contact when welcoming visitors to the Gallery. Offering exemplary customer service, building customer engagement, and promoting long-term relationships with Gallery visitors, you will promote awareness of Newcastle Art Gallery exhibitions and events and process ticket sales.

Using your engaging personality and customer-focused values, you will support daily operations of the Gallery, ensuring the safety and well-being of our valued customers. Your boundless initiative and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment will make you an integral part of the team.

Remuneration: $53,556.99 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 11.5% Superannuation per annum for a 28-hour week
