Plain English Foundation is growing and needs experienced trainers to join our team.
What’s the opportunity?
As a member of our training team, you will lead our interactive, practical workshops, helping our prestigious government and private sector clients to produce clear and effective documents.
The role involves:

• delivering full-day training in face-to-face and virtual environments
• expertly managing groups of professionals in their workplace, and thriving on the challenge
• confidently discussing language at an advanced level and giving feedback
• using IT systems and software.

We will provide you the materials, professional development and support you need to quickly become a plain language expert who can transfer those skills to our clients.
What experience do I need?
You will have:

• a university degree
• a thorough understanding of language shown in a teaching environment
• experience providing training to professional adult learners
• knowledge of the benefits and principles of plain English
• experience with digital technologies to support training.
