Matchpoint Tennis Australia is expanding our coaching team and seeking enthusiastic, experienced tennis coaches to join our growing programs. We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching that inspires and develops players of all ages and levels. Our team is passionate about fostering a supportive, professional environment while helping athletes reach their full potential.
The Role:
We are looking for a qualified and motivated tennis coach to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is based primarily at Kelvin Grove , with travel required to our various North Brisbane locations . You will work with Hot Shots juniors, adult players, and high-performance junior athletes in a dynamic coaching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging group and private coaching sessions for juniors and adults
- Coach and develop high-level junior players in performance programs
- Plan and implement structured lesson plans to maximise player development
- Create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters a love for the game
- Availability for weekday and weekend coaching as required
- Provide regular feedback to players and their families.
- Assist with holiday camps and club events as needed.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Qualified Tennis Coach (Tennis Australia Level 1 or equivalent certification)
✅ Strong playing level and experience coaching various skill levels
✅ Passionate and motivated to develop players across Hot Shots, Adult Programs, and High-Performance Juniors
✅ Ability to work independently and within a team environment
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✅ Willingness to travel between North Brisbane venues
