Metro South Hospital Health Services are looking for Digital Technology Support Officer to join their team, providing technical direction, support and advice. About The Role
Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders with a customer service focus, to resolve issues relating to technical concepts and ICT techniques and processesInstallation, maintenance and support of local information and communications technology, Digital Hospital devices (Single Patient/Wristband and Specimen labels, Workstation on wheels, Downtime Viewers, Barcode Scanners) and working in a team environment to meet goals and objectives set by this unit.Undertake the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of complex IM/ICT changes, including the evaluation of risks to the integrity of specific infrastructure components in proposed implementations.
