Description:

This is a full-time fixed term contract for the period Monday 7 April to Friday 2 May 2025 to support an extended leave of absence within the Engagement Team.

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site, Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, with the option to remain engaged following this period as a Casual Relief Administration Officer.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Administration Officer your stewardship of the College will see you providing exceptional administrative services - reception services, file and data management, student attendance and services to students - in a fast paced, timely and professional manner.

Candidates must address the following selection criteria as part of their application.

  1. Demonstrated office administration and reception services experience within a fast-paced educational setting (i.e. management of phone, online and in person inquires).

  2. Attention to detail including a high level of accuracy and process adherence.

  3. Advanced computer literacy, including a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. excel, word, outlook).

  4. Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and collaborative engagement and decision-making with internal and external stakeholders of the College.

  5. Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality with regards to college matters.

  6. Previous experience using TASS (schools business management system) would be considered favourably.
