Position Overview: We are actively searching for enthusiastic and caring Personal Care Workers to provide exceptional in-home care services to our elderly clients. This role is crucial in fostering client independence and enhancing their overall quality of life. By joining us, you will be playing a key role in ensuring our clients receive the personalized care they deserve, helping them live comfortably and with dignity in their own homes. At Right at Home, our primary objective is Improving the quality of life for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and dignity are upheld.
  • Deliver customized, person-centered care that reflects each client’s individual needs, preferences, and routines.
  • Assisting with daily activities, in home and community.
  • This role encompasses everyday tasks and assistance within the home, from basic household duties and cleaning assistance, meal preparation, social outings and transports to medical appointments. *Applicant must be willing to assist clients with household duties.

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Worker.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).

  • Driver's licence and vehicle
  • National police check
  • First aid & CPR
  • Blue Card
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in personal care tasks
  • Excellent time management abilities
