About the Role:
We have an opportunity based in Rockhampton reporting into our Biloela branch/field support office for a Service Technician (Field). This role will require regular travel to our Biloela branch. A varied role that will see working on a range of equipment across John Deere Agriculture equipment.
This field-based role will entail from general service and repairs to major overhauls and new machine assembly.
You will get the opportunity to work on:
- Tractors
- Combine Harvesters
- Sprayers
- Cotton Pickers
- Ride-on mowers and power tools
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Previous experience of engine overhauls and major repairs including electrical, hydraulic and diagnostic skills.
- A current and valid driver’s licence
- A mature attitude and logical and methodical approach to your work which will enable you to work through problems in both a workshop and field environment.
- Possession of high-risk work tickets and/or licenses would be highly regarded
