Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to lead and develop high-quality training programs for both AQ staff and the wider community. In this role, you will create and deliver engaging educational programs, drive growth in AQ’s training services, and work closely with the clinical governance team to ensure compliance and quality. Your expertise will ensure that our team remains at the forefront of best practices in aged care and dementia support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver innovative training programs.
  • Work with the clinical governance team to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Provide hands-on clinical education and mentorship to nursing and care staff.
  • Collaborate with managers to enhance staff training and professional development.
  • Build partnerships to expand AQ’s education and training services.
  • Ensure training aligns with best practices and industry standards.

About You

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • Tertiary qualifications in nursing or a related health field.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proven experience developing and delivering health-related education programs.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Business acumen and the ability to drive service growth.
  • Ability to travel and hold a current driver’s license.
  • National Police Check clearance (or willingness to obtain).
