About the Role
Ritco Physiotherapy & Allied Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is an opportunity to work with a niche provider of physiotherapy and allied health services in the Logan/Beaudesert region.
As an Occupational Therapist , you will support clients across a diverse caseload of adults and children , helping them improve their independence in daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Travel is a key component of this role, as the majority of our clients require face-to-face services. While tele-health is available, this position will primarily involve community-based therapy .
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored therapy plans

Provide hands-on interventions to enhance clients’ independence

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with company standards

Travel to clients’ locations within a 30-60 minute radius (paid travel time)
What We’re Looking For
-
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience (NDIS experience preferred)

Strong clinical skills and confidence managing a mixed caseload (adults & paediatrics)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and families

Ability to problem-solve and develop individualised therapy plans

Willingness to travel for in-person client sessions

Strong administration skills to ensure compliance with Ritco’s operational systems

Ability to confidently manage your own caseload , pursue company paid CPD opportunities, and independently deliver clinical services
