Job Description : As a Pressure Welder, you will be responsible for performing specialised welding tasks to assemble and repair pressurized systems, ensuring the structural integrity and safety of various components. This role requires precision, expertise in welding techniques, and a solid understanding of pressure systems and materials used in the industry.
• Assembles, welds and repairs universal beams and hot rolled steel to relevant standards.
• skilled in general steel fabrication/ MIG and TIG welding experience. Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings to determine job requirements.
• Select, clean and prepare metal products for welding work
• Cutting marked-out metal sections using hand tools, flame cutting torches and metal cutting machines.
• Accurately aligning parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Joining metal sections using various welding techniques, perform bolting and riveting where appropriate
