We're looking for customer service team members to join our dynamic automotive claims support centre at our modern offices located in Tanah Merah – just minutes away from the Logan Hyperdome and other major retail hubs.
What You’ll Be Doing: As part of our friendly and supportive team, your role will include:

Delivering a seamless and positive claims experience to our valued customers.

Managing incoming calls and efficiently handling claims-related information.

Coordinating with mechanics and repairers to ensure smooth processing.

Performing general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Who We're Looking For: We’re seeking candidates who thrive in a customer-focused environment. While previous experience in a call centre is ideal, we are happy to consider those eager to learn. The position will suit someone who is reliable, positive, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
