About the role:
As a Support Worker you will be providing support and care for individuals aged 65 and above in the Hobart community.
- Permanent part time positions available (hours offered will be dependent on your availability)
- Flexibility to work your shifts between 7am – 7pm Mon – Fri (with some weekend shifts).
- Enjoy a diverse range of visits to clients' homes, covering areas throughout Kinbourough Channel area & Huon area.
- Benefit from a base hourly rate of $31.64 to $32.67 (depending on qualifications plus superannuation, and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging.
- We welcome applicants with or without Certificate III in Individual Support or its equivalent.

Who are you?
Your main focus will be delivering high-quality, person-centered care. To excel in this role, you will need the following:
- Genuine passion for working with older adults and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
- A valid driver's licence.
- A registered, reliable, and fully insured motor vehicle.
- Confidence in utilising various forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or a willingness to obtain one.
- A current National Police Check or a willingness to obtain one.
- Flexibility in terms of availability, including the ability to work within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and some weekend shifts
