Foodbank Tasmania is seeking a new Board Director with legal, regulatory or governance experience to help guide our next chapter. As part of the national Foodbank network, we’re a trusted food relief provider supporting thousands of Tasmanians doing it tough. We’re now strengthening our board with key functional skills to match our growing role in the state’s food system.We’re looking for someone with senior-level legal or compliance experience—whether from a commercial, government, or legal practice background—who can offer strategic insight and independent judgement on legal matters, governance structures, and risk. You’ll work alongside fellow directors to support the CEO and help us meet our obligations with confidence and integrity. Prior board experience is welcome but not essential if your governance capability is sound.
