About You

This is a great opportunity to apply your leadership abilities to the management of a team responsible for a range of functions critical to the operation of the State Revenue Office.

You will be a motivated individual with sound judgement combined with strong analytical, communication and leadership skills. You will be capable of leading a small, dedicated, and professional team, able to analyse a breadth of complex issues, develop and define recommendations, clearly communicate challenging technical matters to stakeholders, and exhibit leadership and initiative within a team setting.

About the Branch

As part of the Tasmanian Department of Treasury and Finance, the Revenue Branch (the State Revenue Office) is responsible for administering a number of state taxation, grant and rebate laws.

Period of Appointment

Permanent, flexible

Hours per fortnight

Up to 73.5 - hours flexible - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part-time hours.

Desirable Requirements

A relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
