Working alongside the Franchisees sales and workshop Team, your primary role will be customer solutions, communication and communication with your team, ensuring the customers experience of having their automotive requirements completed with us is the best it can be. Acting in the franchisor and franchisees best interests.

Primarily the role is:
-
Customer Service/Communication
-
Answering phones, emails etc.
-
Management of customer tyre and mechanical bookings
-
Assisting and finalizing repair orders/invoices
-
Tyre and auto advice and sales
-
Work cohesively with the workshop to ensure successful quoting and completion of work orders

Organizing, ordering, and tracking stock/parts.

General administrative tasks

Manage inventory & operations – Working alongside the workshop and sales team, oversee stock levels, ordering, and product availability

Foster a positive culture – Keep the team engaged, motivated, and aligned with our best practices

Roster Monday- Friday, every second Saturday morning

What We’re Looking For
-
Supervisor/Customer service experience (automotive industry preferred but not essential)
-
Proven leadership experience – You know how to build, motivate, and retain a strong team, A sales-driven mindset – driven to push business growth working smartly.

Exceptional customer service skills – You can handle anything from everyday inquiries to complex solutions.

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills – You know how to handle challenges and make things happen.

A dedicated person to work closely with the franchisees and close knit well established team
