The Role:
As a Scheduling Officer, you will be responsible for rostering a team of community-based support workers, ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients. Working closely with clients and stakeholders, you will coordinate schedules efficiently while maintaining compliance with workforce requirements and client preferences. Your role will be essential in providing exceptional customer service, supporting rostering systems, and managing data entry functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage rostering requests with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date schedules, aligning consumer preferences with workforce availability.
- Monitor hours worked to ensure compliance with industrial relations obligations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to consumers, families, and internal teams.
- Support administrative functions of rostering systems and manage data entry.
- Experience in rostering, scheduling, or administration within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and rostering software.
- A Certificate II/IV in Business Administration (desirable) or relevant experience.
- A current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential).
- A current NPC is essential.
- Experience with AlayaCare is highly regarded.
