About the role
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient delivery and clear communication with all stakeholders and clients.

• Be the first point of contact for key international clients.
• Lead project support functions alongside the Production team.
• Ensure timely completion of Quality and Engineering activities.
• Provide monthly progress reports to management and customers.
• Identify risks and engage with customers while adhering to WHS policies.

Skills and experience required

• Mechanical trade or degree with manufacturing experience and materials knowledge within Defence is preferred.
• Hands-on with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO9100 advantageous.
• Proficient in reading technical data and managing project milestones.
• Skilled in multitasking, risk-sharing, and dispute avoidance.
• Familiar with bid processes, negotiation, and quality systems.
