Job Description
How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:
Undertakingassessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessmentsUndertaking assessments to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plansDesigning and implementing intervention programmesusing occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacityIdentifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoringprograms that support people to achieve maximal work participationUnderstanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goalsLiaisingwith clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employersand stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the role:
Australian recognised degree qualification inPhysiotherapyand fullAccreditationWillingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible waysThe ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journeyA commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customersWillingness to work in the community (must have drivers licence and access to own vehicle)Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
