Bunnings Trade Centres are providing 'whole build solutions' to our Commercial Trade customers, from the local Tradie to large National Builders Bunnings Trade Centres are helping to shape construction projects across Australia and New Zealand. With focus on delivering Best Experience and Best Price for our Trade customers we are now looking for a Trade Centre Manager.
About the Role:
As Trade Centre Coordinator / Department Manager you will be responsible for the ongoing daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management. Reporting directly to your Trade Centre Manager you and your team of 8+ will be efficient, organized and be the go-to for location for our loyal trade customers and internal sales teams. In the team you will be supported by fellow Co-Ordinators, Customer Services Officers, Team Members/Pickers and Forklift Drivers whilst it is also encouraged to engage with local stores and Nationwide Trade Centres.
Your role will help drive the future Trade Centres at Bunnings, by developing local strategies and business plans that support the overall long-term growth of the Commercial business. You will be required to monitor and measure service levels, liaise with the Commercial Sales teams to educate them on stock levels and delivery capabilities, products plus service that will help drive sales and increase greater knowledge for Best Experience whilst also ensuring our efficiency and effectiveness to delivery.
In addition to the above you will be:
- Recruiting, Training and Developing new Team Members
- Ensuring H&S standards across your Trade Centre
- Manage P&L for your Bunnings Trade Centre
- Action customer feedback to improve the end-to-end customer experience

About you:
As a Trade Centre Co-ordinator for Bunnings, you will be a highly driven individual with a strong knowledge of Building and Landscaping Products. Previous experience in leading large teams with a focus on Health and Safety, High Volume Stock, Quoiting Tools and Specialist products with the ability to develop teams and provide a healthy environment in which to work in. You must be able to wear many hats, influence multiple stakeholders and have a solid understanding of P&L reporting, KPI's (Margin, Timelines, Sales) and exceeding customer expectations.
