The Role
As our Business Development Manager (BDM) , you’ll play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and representing our brand with energy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial and residential sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, property managers, and other potential clients

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations

Work closely with the director and office team to develop sales strategies and achieve growth targets

Attend local networking events and represent Supreme Electrical in the Mount Gambier community
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (electrical or construction industry preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets

Local knowledge of Mount Gambier and surrounding regions is a big plus

Driver’s licence required
