Description:

Are you an Occupational Therapist with a passion for working in regional areas, improving lives, neuro-affirming practice and a love for continuous learning? Join our dynamic team, where we believe in delivering high-quality, outcome-focused care that truly makes a difference. We’re seeking someone who is passionate, driven, and aligned with our values of client-centered, compassionate and empowering care and keen to work across the greater Eyre Peninsula. You should have a positive attitude toward personal and professional growth, with a strong desire to make a real difference in the lives of others.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: We encourage experienced OTs and new graduates to apply!

  • Team Player: Someone who enjoys collaborating in a multi-disciplinary environment but also has the flexibility to manage their own time.

  • Outcome-Focused: A professional aligned with our model of care, dedicated to achieving meaningful outcomes for our clients.

  • Commitment to Learning: A positive attitude toward personal and professional development.

  • Diverse Caseload Opportunities: We support people of all ages through private practice, NDIS, and community-aged care sectors. We work hard to ensure the team are always able to work within their area of expertise and demographic of preference.

Who We Are: We are a registered NDIS provider and a small collective of allied health professionals who live and work by the values of compassion, honesty and integrity. We have come together with the purpose to work with all members of the community and residential care environments to provide holistic, client-centred and objective assessments and therapy for anyone and everyone, across the lifespan and regardless of circumstances.

We are not bound by environmental barriers and provide community-based services to people across SA and NT in metro, regional and remote locations both in person and via telehealth. We often work with at-risk clients across the lifespan and have a passion for multidisciplinary, neuro-affirming and evidence based practice where we can work together to support our community. We have a passion for supporting all people to access the therapy they need regardless of how remote their location is.

We practise with intention and are passionate about connecting authentically with our clients to truly understand them and their needs so that our interactions are always positive and work towards a client-centred goal using evidence-based frameworks. Our care approach is focused on initial assessments that transition into targeted blocks of therapy, ensuring each client receives the best possible support to meet their goals.

What We Offer:

Client-Centred Care: We prioritise outcomes that matter most to our clients, ensuring their needs and goals are always at the forefront.

Collaboration: We thrive on working as part of a multidisciplinary team, where every member's expertise contributes to holistic care.

Flexibility & Autonomy: We respect your professional independence, allowing you to manage your time effectively while still being part of a supportive team.

Continuous Growth: We believe in personal development and encourage ongoing learning to keep our skills sharp and our approach innovative.

Competitive Salary & Benefits: We offer a high salary with performance-based bonuses, superannuation, and travel reimbursements to recognise and reward your contributions.

Comprehensive Support & Development: Our extensive onboarding program, along with regular clinical and external supervision opportunities, ensures you feel confident, supported, and continuously growing in your role.

Relocation Support & Grant Funding Opportunities:
We understand that relocating for work can be a big decision. That’s why we offer relocation support to help ease the transition, whether it’s assistance with moving costs, accommodation recommendations, or community connections. Additionally, we stay informed about grant funding opportunities that can provide financial assistance to eligible professionals looking to work in regional or high-demand areas. Our team is here to guide you through the process, ensuring you can focus on delivering exceptional care without the added stress of relocation logistics.

Why Join Us? By joining our team, you’ll be part of a company that values your expertise and your professional growth. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our clients, with the autonomy to manage your caseload while being supported by a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

If you’re an Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity where your skills and outcomes are truly valued, we’d love to hear from you!
