We are thrilled to introduce an exciting new partnership with a fast-growing, premium retail brand. As they expand their presence across Australia, we are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead their new boutique in Burnside Shopping Centre, Adelaide.
About the Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching a brand-new store, shaping its culture, and driving its success from day one. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, leading a team of 5 casual staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you’ll be a key player in building a high-performing team, driving sales, and ensuring the store reflects the brand’s premium image and values.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and compliance with company policies.Motivate and inspire your team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and high-energy team culture.Ensure every customer receives a premium, tailored shopping experience that aligns with the brand’s ethos.Maintain exceptional store presentation, creating engaging product displays that enhance the customer experience.Implement in-store marketing initiatives and promotions in collaboration with the head office team.Conduct regular audits, manage inventory levels, and oversee stock replenishment.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of retail management experience, ideally within premium, fashion, or lifestyle brands.A strong leader and mentor who thrives on coaching and developing a team.Proven ability to drive sales, exceed KPIs, and create a customer-first culture.Strong operational and stock management skills, with a keen eye for detail.Experience with Shopify and JIFI systems is highly regarded.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
