We’re currently seeking two (2) Change Leads and one (1) Change Manager to join the People and Culture Organisational Change & Capability Team on an initial 12-month contract. These roles will play a critical part in shaping and delivering effective change strategies to support key projects that will drive growth and improve services for the community.
As a Change Lead or Change Manager, you’ll be embedded within project teams, partnering closely with business stakeholders and project managers to ensure smooth, well-managed change. Your focus will be on helping teams across the business understand, adopt, and embrace new ways of working. You’ll also work collaboratively with Communication Specialists (in IT and Strategic Comms) to ensure consistent, clear messaging, while being supported by Chamonix’s experienced consulting and delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify the size, scope, and impacts of change across assigned projects
• Develop and execute tailored change management strategies and plans
• Conduct change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and stakeholder mapping
• Engage stakeholders, identify potential resistance, and support change adoption
• Work closely with communication teams to support effective messaging
• Assist in the development and delivery of training plans and materials
• Operate within agile and fast-paced project environments
What You'll Bring:
• Solid experience in organisational change roles (Lead and/or Manager level)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proven ability to apply change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Experience in change impact assessments, communications, and training support
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Comfortable working across a portfolio of business and technology-driven projects
• Knowledge of PROSCI, ADKAR, or PCI change methodologies
• Experience in the Utilities, Mining, or similar sectors
• Previous experience working in an Agile delivery environment
