Liberty Industrial is currently seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our National Maintenance Division on a 3/1 FIFO (Fly In, Fly Out) Roster . This is a permanent role FIFO opportunity
The Role
You will be engaged on 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster with major projects Australia-wide, and responsible for repairing and maintaining our fleet of large earthmoving and specialised demolition equipment. We pride ourselves on our extensive fleet of low-hour and highly specialised plant and equipment, including 200T, 120T, and 48T high-reach excavators

Skills & Experience
- Qualified Tradesperson with Certificate III in Fabrication or Welding.
- Current Driver’s License.
- Strong knowledge and recent experience with heavy mobile plant equipment, including earthmoving machinery.
- Preferably 3+ years post trade experience.
- Fabrication and welding to a high standard. MIG, Stick, cutting, and gouging experience essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines both independently and in a team environment.
- An excellent work ethic, a team player and a knowledge sharer.
- Promotes a safety culture and has a strong safety mindset.
- Highly desirable but not essential - WP ticket, Telehandler/forklift ticket.
The successful candidate must undergo full pre-employment medical , including drug and alcohol screening and Federal Police Check prior to employment.
