Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices, manage records, control checklist, self-audits, ensure compliance, and keep a sharp eye on hotel assets and costs.
- Keep the balance sheet in tip-top shape! Make sure it accurately shows assets and liabilities, with regular check-ups and tune-ups.
- Ensure all permits and licenses are in place for imports and hotel operation including keeping leases and contracts safe and updated.
- Ensure effective audits and prompt corrective actions.
- Deliver innovative reports that spark action and create timely, accurate performance measurements.
About You:
- Have a Full Australian working right and preferably based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
- Have a University degree, preferably?in?Commerce,?Accounting & Management?(or any other?Accounting qualification)
- Have a Finance / Accounting major and certified, e.g. ACCA/ CPA
- Bring at least 2 years of relevant experience and some managerial accounting to the table, and get ready to lead the financial charge!?
- Proficient in English communication, effortlessly meeting all business requirements
- Preferably possesses system skills in OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA / OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK
- Ready to roll with the punches, especially when the month-end and year-end hustle kicks in!
