What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the successful delivery of complex urban renewal and land development projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Team Leadership and Growth: Lead, mentor, and develop a technically strong, motivated team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with 1st and 2nd-tier developers, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
• Drive Commercial Performance: Take ownership of project budgets, fee proposals, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring strong financial outcomes and profitability.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and address potential changes to project scope/costs, and leverage technology to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Strategic Vision: Develop and maintain effective networks with internal stakeholders, contractors, and the broader industry, contributing to the overall growth and success of the consultancy.

What You’ll Bring:

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing teams and projects at a senior level, ideally in urban renewal and land development.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering principles, with CPEng Registration highly desirable.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive business performance, manage budgets, and develop opportunities for external business growth.
• Proven Track Record: Experience working with top-tier developers and delivering high-profile, large-scale projects.
