The Role
As a Principal Civil Engineer , you will play a key role in leading the WA team, overseeing project delivery, and driving business growth. Your expertise in land development and consulting will be crucial in managing projects, engaging with clients, and mentoring a skilled team.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from concept to delivery
• Provide technical oversight and ensure project outcomes meet client expectations
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and drafters, fostering a high-performing culture
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure ongoing work
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency and profitability

Key Criteria

• Degree in Civil Engineering with RPEQ or equivalent registration
• 10+ years of experience in land development, consulting, and project management
• Strong background in people leadership and team development
• Commercially astute with experience in business development and client engagement
• Expertise in civil design, infrastructure planning, and approvals processes
