Your Role: Lead the Charge
As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll helm the FOH operations with energy and precision, ensuring every detail—from the first cocktail to the final farewell—sparkles. You’ll:

Champion Hospitality Excellence : Uphold our reputation for warmth, polish, and genuine connection.

Master the Flow : Seamlessly manage our bustling bar and dining floor, balancing high-energy service with flawless execution.

Elevate the Experience : Collaborate with Chef Leo to pair our vibrant menu with standout beverages (wine, cocktails, and spirits).
What You Bring to the Table

A Hospitality Heartbeat : 2+ years of management experience in fast-paced venues (bonus points for wine bars or chef-driven restaurants).

Multi-Tasking Mastery : Confidence juggling a buzzing bar, dining room, and multiple functions simultaneously.

Wine Wisdom : WSET Level 3 (or equivalent) knowledge to curate and champion our unique wine list.

Cocktail Curiosity : A passion for spirits and mixology to elevate our bar program.
