Seeking a dynamic project management professional with demonstrated experience leading the planning and implementation of a complex CRM project(s).

About the position
We are seeking a dynamic project management professional with demonstrated experience leading the planning and implementation of a complex CRM project(s), in a similar sized organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Managing the planning and delivery of a significant CRM software implementation and associated CRM projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and in accordance with the City's Project Management Framework.
  • Lead a project team made up of both permanent and contract staff, as well as external delivery partners.
  • Apply project management discipline to ensure successful outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborating and communicating with a range of stakeholders across the organisation during design and delivery.
  • Manage scope, risks, and dependencies, keeping the project on track.
  • Ensure compliance with the organisation’s safety, health, and environmental standards.

About you
You are highly experienced in project management, specifically in software implementation and have the appropriate accreditation as project manager. You have a track record of successful project implementation, within budget and timeline. In addition to this you will also possess the following:

  • Tertiary degree in relevant discipline such as Project Management.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role in project management.
  • Advanced experience in the efficient utilisation of information systems and technology.
  • Advanced computing, numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Advanced communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced research and analysis skills.
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of resource planning and budget management.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
