The Child & Adolescent Strategy, Planning and Performance directorate is made up of over 50 employees and provides the following services.
- Strategic Projects
- Clinical Planning & Performance
- Business Intelligence
- Program Management Office (PMO)
About the Position
This newly created strategic position will lead the development and delivery of evidence based, future focused and innovative strategies and improvements to ensure CAHS meets current and future service requirements.
This new division will build on the strengths of each team to provide a single point of access for staff to engage advice and support for analytics, project management and strategic planning.
As the Executive Director – Strategy, Planning & Performance, you’ll possess the ability to perform collaboratively in a senior leadership team, identify and manage risk, and achieve strategic and operational priorities is an essential requirement for the successful candidate.
Candidates will need to possess skills and experience across the following areas:
- Strategic Leadership and Accountability
- Communication, Consultation and Engagement
- Specific skills relevant to Clinical Services and Operational Responsibilities
- A commitment to Governance, Integrity, and Safety and Quality.
