About You
You're a natural leader with a passion for luxury retail and an eye for detail. You love creating unforgettable experiences for customers and thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment. You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to develop your career while inspiring those around you. Ideally, you have at least two years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery, but more importantly, you have the drive and dedication to succeed.
About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager of this beautiful Mitchelton Boutique, you will play an essential role within a supportive team, ensuring the store operates smoothly and successfully. You will lead by example, striving to achieve and exceed sales targets, while delivering outstanding customer service with warmth and authenticity.
