Perth City Prestige is seeking a Parts Interpreter/Warehouse Person
Come and work for a family owned and operated business in the heart of Victoria Park!
Some of your duties will include:
- Interpret parts and accessories requirements via telephone, email and face to face to internal & external customers.
- Organising customer’s orders and purchasing necessary parts for customers.
- Receive incoming shipments and dispatch to internal & external customers.
- Notify Parts Manager immediately of any parts discrepencies
- Take responsibility of orders to be dispatched and advise of any potential delays.
- Assistance with stock take
- Deliver parts to internal and external customers as required.
- Keep Warehouse neat and tidy.
To be considered for the role, you must display the following:
- An understanding of automotive spare parts and the importance of delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
- Sound computer knowledge.
- An ability to work autonomously as well as a team player, dedicated, reliable and trustworthy.
- A current driver's licence.
- Process driven and detail orientated.
- Ability to be flexible and willingness to learn new things.
- Excellent phone manner
- Be physically fit
- ERA Pentana knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Microsoft Office Suite
