Spectra Lifestyle has an immediate opening for a Full Time Administrative Assistant.
We are a family owned and operated cabinetmaker that is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial cabinets in Perth and surrounds. We specialise in designing and manufacturing award winning kitchens, bathrooms and other fitouts. We apply the rules of Lean Manufacturing throughout our business and focus on a culture of continuous improvement in everything we do.
Due to business growth, we have an immediate opening for a full time Administrative Assistant.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Data entry: create and maintain electronic job files including relevant job information, client correspondence and variations
- Liaise with builders via email and phone
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls accordingly
- General administrative and office duties
You’ll Be Great In This Role If You:
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Are willing to learn and take on new tasks
- Have sound communication skills (written and verbal)
- Show initiative with a mature work ethic
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Are computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
