SMS are seeking the following roles, who would be interested in ongoing Shutdowns and Project Work

• SCAFFOLDERS
• SENTRIES
• MECHANICAL FITTERS
• PAINT AND BLASTERS

Requirements

• Have experience working on shutdowns.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge in your field and relevant standards and codes.
• Have a commitment to safety with the ability to promote a safe working environment.
• Be available immediately (if you are not available immediately, please advise your available start date).
• Hold a valid High-Risk Work License ( Scaffolders: SA, SI, Sentries: EWP, LF)
• Mechanical Fitter Trade
• Gas Test Atmospheres Certificate
• Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry issued within 2 years.
• Proof of Right to work in Australia.
• You will have the ability to be flexible to deliver in a continually evolving environment and possess strong team work ethics.

Mandatory Checks : Successful candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination and provide a police check/criminal background clearance as a part of the final recruitment process. These checks are to ensure the safety and well-being of all our employees and to comply with our employment standards and regulation.
