We have an exciting opportunity for an Inbound Customer Service & Data Entry (Quality Assurance) role to join our small but busy team. (No Sales)
This is a permanent role based in the Adelaide CBD, with full training provided. You will also have the opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Business, through formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in addition to your practical on-the-job experience.
As one of our Quality Assurance Associates , you will be proactively involved in the monitoring of our customer experience teams and providing inbound customer support.
This role is guided by our very achievable team KPI's to ensure continual process improvement and recognise individual achievements.
Our team is currently work a weekly roster, operating to meet demands Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm. We offer a flexible working environment including work from home days (once training is completed).

As one of our Quality Assurance Associates you will be:
- Monitoring company process and procedures within the customer experience team.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Providing constructive feedback
- Easily able to communicate outcomes and decisions to our customers, in both written and verbal forms.
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of our processes and systems.
- Motivated to meet both individual and team KPI and targets.
- Be part of a flexible team, in a small but fun environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong, professional communication skills.
- Strong administration skills with proficiency across the Microsoft suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- The ability to present clear, concise outcomes both verbally and in written form.
- Efficient data entry skills, with a focused attention to detail.
- Proven customer service experience from hospitality, retail and/or call centre.
