About the roleThe Student Connect Administrator supports the delivery of innovative and outstanding quality support to students and staff which meet the changing demands and expectations of the University community.
About youTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Experience in customer service ideally with administrative servicesAbility to navigate new systems and processesExperience in the MS suiteExperience in responding to customer queries and providing high quality advice in a fast-paced environmentDigital natives will be highly regarded, as will any experience with the power automate platform.
About Student ExperienceThe Student Experience Division is responsible for all aspects of the student experience at UNE to ensure quality of provision from enrolment to graduation and what follows. Through institutional collaboration the Division supports the University's strategy, in ensuring all UNE students and UNE graduates have an experience which supports and enables their academic success and future life course progress
