The Program Coordinator, Lakeview and Wanga Wilurrara Transitional Accommodation Centres is accountable for implementation of the Indigenous Housing and Community Infrastructure Agreement and Strategic Policy development.
This role will also Co-ordinate the planning and delivery of housing services for Aboriginal people and communities as well as targeting those in greatest need.
As well as link in national research and project work with operational practice for Aboriginal Housing in South Australia.
Special Conditions
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a DHS Screening Unit Working with Children Check prior to being employed and every 5 years.
- The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.
- Role is based in Pt Augusta or Ceduna
- Some out of hours work and on call availability will be required.
