We have an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our newly created Client Services team
As Team Leader Client Services you will lead a team of multi-skilled practitioners who oversee client?s intake, reception and community partnership services (Qhub) for Cafs. As a Team Leader, you will play a fundamental role within the Client Services & Community Leadership team and service improvements from an engagement, intake and referral perspective. This is a newly created role which will be integral in working closely with your direct manager and team to develop and implement this new system to support the intake, screening, triage and referral pathways for Cafs services.

About you
We are looking for a motivated, values driven person who wants to lead and develop their own team. You will have previous experience working in a leadership position as well as demonstrated experience working with the community services sector. You will be passionate about continuous improvement and working closely with your stakeholders.
Our preferred candidate will thrive in working autonomously and collaboratively to achieve quality client outcomes.
Our successful candidate will:
- Work closely with business operations of Cafs such as People and Engagement, Facilities, Marketing, ICT, Quality and Safeguarding and the Manager Client Services & Community to adapt to ongoing changes, policy reform, best practices and technology relevant to the child and family services sector.
- Provide comprehensive supervision, coaching and support to a team of practitioners and client service officers across both Bacchus Marsh and Ballarat locations
- Lead and oversee team reporting, compliance and regulatory requirements in accordance with organisation policy.

QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Services or related field.
