As the Store Manager, you will provide extraordinary customer service, leading and inspiring your team of Stylists to do the same. You will lead with confidence and drive the team to build authentic customer connections, so the wearer can feel their most glamorous, empowered self.
A little about the role…
Key responsibilities:Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, foster a positive work environment and deliver exceptional customer serviceDrive store performance through strong store presentation, inventory management, and stock controlManage your roster & wages at a high level, through performance-based rosteringRecruit high-caliber employees in line with the SHEIKE brand and values and to provide them with an excellent welcome, training and induction to the businessBe a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop & influence othersDrive commercial outcomesExcellent operations and stock managementBe a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day
A little about you...Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Store Manager, preferably in fashionExceptional customer service & styling skillsDriven budgets and achieved exceptional sales resultsStrong understanding of KPI's and their impact on the businessAbility to make decisions based on the best outcome for the businessExperience in leading, recruiting & developing a teamThe ability to drive a positive culture and one team environmentSelf-motivated & a strong communicator
